How to download your pattern after purchasing it

This is one of the most frequently asked questions I receive after a purchase in my shop, so here I explain step-by-step how to find your pattern without any issues!

Once you pay for a pattern on cataknits.com , you automatically receive a payment confirmation email with the subject line: Your order has been paid.
That email is very important because it contains the link to download your digital pattern .

📌 Where is the link?
The link to download your pattern appears right next to the photo of the pattern you purchased. It says “Download.” Simply click there, and the PDF file download will begin.

⚠️ Please note if you are using a mobile phone :
Some phones block links in emails for security reasons, so I recommend downloading it from a computer . This way, you will avoid errors and be able to save the file without any issues.

🗂 Save your pattern in a personal folder
Remember that the cataknits.com website does not function as a repository . In other words, once you download it, the file is yours, but you won't be able to go back to the site to retrieve it .

⏳ The download link will be available for seven days from the time of purchase, so it is important to download it in time and save it in a secure location on your computer, hard drive, or personal cloud.
